Organizing a Special Session ‘SS’
Participants interested in organizing an SS as part of SMAR 2022 are requested to submit a proposal to the conference secretariat by 30th December, 2021. Prospective SS organizers should consider the following items before submitting the proposal:
Preparation of the Proposal
The SS Organizer(s) are requested to provide the following information:
Title:
Describe the subject of the SS as accurately and specifically as possible.
Organizer:
Provide the full name, title, affiliation, and email address.
Summary:
Describe the SS in not more than 100 words. The summary should be written to attract those who specifically work on the topic as well as those who work in related areas. Based on experience, the following outline is suggested:
Submitting the Proposal
If you are interested in organizing an SS as part of SMAR 2022, please submit your proposal, containing the above information, via email to the conference secretariat at info@smar2022.com by 30th November, 2021. In the subject of the email message, please indicate “SMAR 2022 Special Session Proposal”.
